I was a complete novice, having never bought a business before, and he made the process very easy and stress-free.
The after sales coaching was excellent.
He was very flexible in arranging times to coach, explained everything very clearly and I felt I was able to ask questions. I was not very computer literate but Ben was very supportive and helped me immensely. If ever I had a query Ben would answer very quickly (even when he was on holiday!) and gave me detailed responses.
Long after the support time expired he would continue to help me with any queries that I had. We are still in contact today and he has been very helpful recently in providing me with software advice.
I would have no hesitation in dealing with Ben again and can only say what a very helpful and likable person he is.
